At Impulse, we are committed to providing comprehensive support to individuals living with neurodevelopmental conditions. A need exists for appropriate support and intervention to help individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions achieve their ambitions and reach their full potential.

Our support service is designed to identify individuals who may be living with a neurodevelopmental condition and initiate a diagnosis and treatment process for them. We provide person-centred support that is tailored to the individual's needs, strengths, and weaknesses. Our team of specialists is trained to provide trauma-informed care throughout the entire support process, ensuring that the individual feels safe, supported, and empowered.

We work closely with the individual to help them understand and live with their condition. We help them identify their strengths and weaknesses, extinguish low self-esteem, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. We also work with existing networks to improve the support of the individual and protect them from harm.

At Impulse, we believe that everyone deserves to achieve their ambitions and reach their full potential. That's why we provide employability skills and life skills training to help individuals develop the skills they need to succeed. We empower them to advocate for their needs and gain their confidence, so they can overcome negative life choices and achieve their goals.
