Understanding and Celebrating Differences in the Human Brain

Our two-hour Neurodiversity 101 course builds awareness of neurodiversity in society. You'll learn about neurodivergent conditions, how to meet the needs of neurodiverse people, and the importance of inclusion. Suitable for all, including customer service, healthcare, and education.

Diverse Minds, Just Justice

Understanding Neurodiversity in the Criminal Justice System

In this four-hour course, law enforcement, legal professionals, and other criminal justice professionals will learn about neurodiversity, the impact of neurodivergent conditions on vulnerability to crime, and how to provide appropriate support and management for neurodivergent witnesses, victims, and suspects. We'll also cover crime prevention and reduction amongst the neurodivergent population.

Building an Inclusive and Innovative Workplace

Join our four-hour course, "Neurodiversity at Work," to learn about neurodivergent conditions, the benefits of neurodiversity in the workplace, relevant employment law, and how to develop an inclusive workplace. This training is suitable for employers, managers, supervisors, team-leaders, and HR and recruitment teams.

Neurodivergence in Social Care

Building an Inclusive and Innovative Workplace

This 4-hour course is for social workers, youth workers, and youth offending workers who want to support neurodivergent individuals. We will explore neurodivergence, challenges faced in social care settings and best practices. You will learn to create a structured environment, encourage self-determination, use positive reinforcement, and collaborate with the individual and their support network to develop a person-centred plan. You will also complete a practical roleplay exercise,developing a plan for ongoing support.

  • Identify the specific challenges that neurodivergent individuals may face in social care settings
  • Learn best practices for creating a structured and predictable environment
  • Understand the importance of encouraging self-determination and self-advocacy

  • Understand the importance of collaborating with the individual and their support network to develop a person-centred plan

Safeguarding Course

Building an Inclusive and Innovative Workplace

Our four-hour safeguarding course, led by experienced professionals, covers signs and indicators, non-accidental injuries, abuse, laws, trauma-informed practice, management, information sharing and PREVENT duty. Suitable for organisations working with vulnerable adults or children.


Learning objectives:

  • Recognise signs of abuse and neglect
  • Identify common sites for non-accidental injury
  • Understand different forms of abuse and safeguarding issues
  • Become familiar with safeguarding laws and legislation
  • Develop a trauma-informed practice
  • Learn how to manage a concern
  • Know when and how to share information.
